Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct meter accuracy testing using automated test systems in the test laboratory.
- Achieve yearly targets for meter accuracy testing.
- Prepare meters for Pre and Post Testing, including handling and sealing, conducting stock checks, raising Store Reservation Vouchers for internal transfers, and monitoring meter stock levels through FLINs.
- Configure meters, such as program scheme changes, setting passwords, clearing registers, etc., for AMI meters using manufacturing software.
- Maintain regular housekeeping and maintenance of test systems and equipment in the meter test laboratory.
- Familiarize with standard operational procedures (SOPs) for meter test lab activities, conduct competency assessments, and perform regular compliance checks.
- Ensure accountability for quality control measures according to the quality management system framework under IEC 17025.
- Scan Meter Serial Numbers barcode, document data, and record meter returns for disposal purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Possess NITEC/Higher NITEC in any Engineering field.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; highly adaptable and self-motivated.
