RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:
2 Years Contract
Up to $3,000 + 1 month completion bonus + $34/Night Shift Allowance
4 Days Work, 4 Days Off
8am-8pm, 8pm-8am
Tengah (West Area)
Duties:
- Assist in the execution of Plants' Operations & Maintenance works
- Attend daily toolbox and work meeting conducted by Engineer and Supervisor.
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned
- Carry out daily walk-through plant inspection.
- Upkeep maintenance records, work area and tools
- Assist the Engineers in the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts
- Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities
- May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary trainings and to work independently where required (e.g. 1 staff per shift)
- Any assignment/activity/work tasked by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Chiller Operation & Maintenance / Plant process management.
- Good analytical and communication skills with positive attitude
- Able to perform normal and/or shift duties – 12- hour shift or other shift pattern as per project requirement
