Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of material handling equipment such as cranes and hoists at various customer sites as instructed. 
• Conduct thorough customer reviews post-service completion. 
• Document findings and offer corrective suggestions to customers, promptly addressing safety concerns. 
• Assess customer needs for repairs, spare parts, or additional services, and communicate with sales representatives to facilitate sales. 
• Utilize company digital tools for all work and customer interactions. 
• Identify sales leads and opportunities for improvement. 
• Complete service reports accurately and professionally, adhering to established guidelines and submitting them promptly. 
• Ensure company equipment, vehicles, and assets are maintained in safe and operational condition. 
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors. 
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including those set by customers. 
• Report hazards, incidents, injuries, and safety observations following company procedures and legal requirements. 
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
