Technician Machinist (Precision Manufacturing) - Urgent Position

Responsibilities: 

• Utilize micrometers and vernier calipers to calculate dimensions and tolerances.
• Operate various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, shapers, and grinders to machine parts according to specifications.
• Identify issues and assure compliance to specifications, finished units should be measured, examined, and tested using precision instruments.
• Conduct precision machining operations. 
• Coordinate and firmly hold fixtures, tools for cutting, files, supplies, and materials to machines.
• Keep track of the machine's feeding and speeds through the machining operation.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining faults to maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Min Nitec in Precision, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related. 
• With 2 years of experience as a Machinist or Machine Equipment. 
• Competent skills with CAD/CAM, MS Office Application. 
• Previous experience in Lathe, Milling & Grinding. 
• Prior experience in Precision Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
