The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Ensuring compliance to ResMed’s Quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate, perform breakdown and preventative maintenance activities for Production equipment.
• Conduct equipment/tool set-up required to meet production requirement.
• Provide support to Engineering team on troubleshooting and validation activities.
• Document/record all maintenance activities as required for Production equipment.
• Comply with all standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S and Environment, Health and Safety policies.
• Promote a safe working environment by following Health and Safety guidelines, as well as implementing and closing out actions for the continuous improvement of workplace safety.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to change or adapt existing maintenance methods and/or schedules to improve efficiency.
• Provide support to other departments to ensure that new projects/equipment are delivered, installed and maintained on time and to the highest standard.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Let’s talk about you

• Strong hands-on skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic devices and systems and able to read and interpret electromechanical drawings.
• Experience in performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to change and able to build strong working relationships.
• Good understanding of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Oracle.
• Able to work in a fast-moving and demanding team environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Able to work in a flexible working schedule. 12 Hr. shift (Dayshift at 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM) or Nightshift at 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM). Work pattern of 2-3-3-2 (2 days work, 3 days off,3 days work, 2 days off from Monday to Sunday)
