Technician Needed! ( Harbourfront ) | Up to $3,2 | Work 3 Days, 1 Day off

RecruitFirst is hiring Technician!! You will be outsourced to:

Location: Vivo City 
 

Working Hours:  1st shift: 7.30am-4.15pm

2nd shift: 2pm-10.45pm

3rd shift: 10.30pm-7.30am
 

Salary: $2.5K to $3.2K 

Responsibilities:

Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.

• Involved in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants’ requests or feedback.

Generate defect inspection reports

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent
• Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage
