The role includes data collection, basic analysis, documentation support, material disposition, product qualifications, and partnering with engineers to investigate production issues and process variability. \n\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nManufacturing Process \u0026 Yield Support\n\n * Assist engineers with collecting production data to support variability reduction and manufacturing process improvement. \n\n\n\n\n * Perform routine data checks and basic analysis using defined methods or templates provided by engineering. \n\n\n\n\n * Support yield ramp and quality monitoring activities by preparing data sets and performing preliminary reviews for abnormalities. \n\n\n\n\nIssue Investigation Assistance\n\n * Provide hands on support during production issue investigations by gathering information, running predefined tests, and consolidating results for engineering review. on support during production issue investigations by gathering information, running predefined tests, and consolidating results for engineering review. \n\n\n\n\n * Partner with process, test, product, and quality teams by supporting communication flow and preparing required data or checklists. \n\n\n\n\nDefense Line \u0026 Variability Reduction Support\n\n * Assist in executing activities related to Defense Line enhancement and process variability reduction under engineer guidance. \n\n\n\n\n * Complete assigned tasks to support line stability improvements, feeding observations and measurements back to engineers. \n\n\n\n\nDocumentation \u0026 Reporting\n\n * Organize analysis results and compile documentation with clear next steps as directed by engineers, ensuring timely progress toward project milestones. \n\n\n\n\n * Maintain accurate logs and records of assigned tasks, supporting structured reporting. \n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent technical certification in engineering or related fields. \n\n\n\n\n * Good understanding and experience of semiconductor processes (frontend and/or backend). \n\n\n\n\n * Able to perform basic data extraction and familiarity with data analysis tools or programming tools. \n\n\n\n\n * Effective communicator, able to collaborate across teams and follow structured workflows. \n\n\n\n\n * Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem solving attitude solving attitude \n\n\n\n\n * Self motivated, dependable, and able to work within defined processes.motivated, dependable, and able to work within defined processes. \n\n\n\n\n * Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing environments is preferred. \n\n\n\n\n * Able to work on 12 hours shift \n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nEquip Maint Technician 1\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
