Technician/ Technical Officer (Commercial Kitchen) [Fresh Grads Welcome!] - Continuous Learning Oppo

As a Technician, you will be part of the team to maintain various equipment and systems in the commercial kitchen.

As a Technical Officer, you will ensure the serviceability of all systems and equipment. 

• Manage and ensure all maintenance and repair works are follow through.
• Manage and ensure all technical purchase requisitions of spare parts are in accordance to company policies.
• Proactive resolving technical fault, and continuous improve to prevent recurrence.

Requirement:

• Be technical sound in all aspects of catering kitchen equipment and systems e.g. refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, packaging and - inspection machines, warehouse systems, material handling and automation systems, washing machines, waste management systems, etc.
• NITEC or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience to be qualified for Technical Officer position.
• 1 year of relevant working experience to be qualified for Technician position.
• Willing to work rotating shift
• 6 days work week
• Location: East
