Techno-functional Consultant (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

We are looking for a Techno-functional consultant to support the delivery and implementation of enterprise software solutions for regional and global clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to configure systems, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

You will participate in client-facing implementation projects, contribute to solution design, support user onboarding and training, and collaborate with internal technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role is suited for someone who enjoys solving operational and technical problems in fast-paced environments while balancing business understanding with hands-on systems work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software implementation and integration projects for enterprise clients across different industries and regions.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support business systems and workflow solutions based on client requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into system configurations and functional solutions.
• Support solution demonstrations, user onboarding sessions, workshops, and training activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting system, integration, and performance-related issues during project delivery and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal product, development, and support teams to resolve technical issues and manage project deliverables.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation processes, and rollout activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, enterprise technologies, and evolving best practices related to systems implementation and operational workflows.

Required Skillsets

Technical & Systems Knowledge

• Understanding of relational databases and experience working with SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, or data validation.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python, VBA, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to API integrations, ETL processes, or system-to-system data exchange workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments or enterprise platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of reporting, analytics, or dashboarding tools such as Power BI or similar solutions is a plus.
• Awareness of enterprise software implementation methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.

Business & Functional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to understand operational business processes and system workflows.
• Ability to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to functional solution design.
• Comfortable working in client-facing environments with changing priorities and project timelines.
• Exposure to finance, operations, logistics, trading, or enterprise business workflows is beneficial.

Communication & Delivery

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and contribute to project delivery in collaborative team environments.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions, conducting training sessions, and supporting end users during implementations.
• Self-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently when needed.

Experience & Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply!
• Prior experience in systems consulting, enterprise software implementation, technical support, or business systems environments is advantageous.
• Candidates with strong technical aptitude, business understanding, and relevant internship or project exposure are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to support regional projects and occasional travel where required.
