Technology Delivery Manager

Role Summary

A strategic Technology Delivery Manager role within a global investment firm, focusing on leading high-impact technology and business initiatives with exceptional Agile delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end project delivery across multi-disciplinary technology teams
2. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, QA, Quant, Platform, and Business Units
3. Champion Agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement
4. Manage project risks and communicate delivery status with clarity and precision

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
2. Minimum 6 years of project/delivery management experience in tech or financial services
3. Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
4. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
