Technology Enablement, SAP REFX, Senior Consultant (Manager)

Job Description

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP REFX Senior Consultant (Manager) to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering complex SAP projects, implementation, across multiple industries and cloud migration.

Position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into SAP REFX solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP REFX modules (Configurations, Financial Reporting, Real Estate Transactions etc.) to meet client needs.
• Manage workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI/CO) for seamless integration.
• Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to maximize asset lifecycle efficiency.
• Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on SAP REFX capabilities and industry trends.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP REFX implementation as well as in support projects.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA REFX preferred.
• Experience in rollout and supporting global template solutions for large companies
• Experience in functional lead role will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
