Your New Role
As Technology Risk Manager, you will own and drive the bank wide technology, cyber, and data risk framework-ensuring policies, controls, and regulatory requirements are effectively implemented and monitored across the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
• Define, maintain, and enforce technology, cyber, and data governance policies across the bank
• Perform risk identification, assessments, and monitoring across tech and cyber domains
• Manage end to end tech and cyber risk management programmes, including RCSA and KRIs
• Conduct third party tech and cyber risk due diligence for vendors, partners, and service providers
• Partner with technology and business teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Monitor regulatory developments, perform gap analyses, and assess emerging threats and technologies
• Drive continuous improvement of risk monitoring processes and controls

What You'll Need
• 7+ years' experience in technology, cyber, or information security risk management within banking or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements, banking standards, and data governance
• Hands on experience with risk assessments, audits, and regulatory engagements
• Proven experience owning and managing tech and cyber risk programmes
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
