About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Telco Account Manager to manage and grow strategic telecommunications accounts in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities with telecommunications operators, service providers, and related partners while driving sales growth across networking, connectivity, surveillance, smart home, and technology solutions.
Key Responsibility:
Manage and develop relationships with telecommunications operators.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with telco partners.
Acquire new telco partners
Drive revenue growth through effective account planning, sales execution, and business development activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions that align with their business objectives.
Work closely with internal product, operations, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and delivery schedules with relevant stakeholders.
Have inside sales and marketing team to support your GTM initiatives
Monitor market developments, customer requirements, and industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Work with Partners to sell to tier 2 and 3 clouds infrastructure network solutions end users in the commercial space.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans using CRM systems.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Wi-Fi and Wireless Infrastructure
Broadband and Connectivity Solutions
Smart Home and IoT Devices
IP Surveillance and Security Solutions
Cloud-Managed Networking Platforms
Requirement:
Degree from any recognized Institutions in Singapore
Experience in sales, account management, business development, channel sales, or partner management within the telecommunications, ICT, networking, electronics, surveillance, or related technology industries.
Experience working with telecommunications operators' partners
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of technology solution sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic business environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is preferred.
