Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to partner’s customers and secure appointments
• Foster and enhance relationships with customers through calls, email or other electronic communication
• Handle customers’ enquires and/or objections with confidence
• Achieve conversion targets set out by business (such as contact rate, appointment rate)
• Ensure proper documentation and update on activities, leads and appointment details
• Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with quality standards

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of telemarketing/telesales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and other applicable local language would be advantageous
