Telemarketer

The incumbent will contact customers of our bank partner through either outbound, inbound or chat channels to secure and convert customers to sales.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of new client acquisition (sales).
• Up-sells/cross-sell and potentially win-back/retention calls.
• Completion of accurate data entry onto front end system.
• Deliver sales that complies with regulatory, partnership and quality assurance criteria.
• Maintain a high degree of product knowledge

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree (O or SPM holders with relevant experience will be considered)
• At least 2 years' experience in contact centre experience
• Good Verbal / Written Communication
• Insurance and Banking Telesales experience in General Insurance and Health Insurance
• Ability to work under stress and highly productive in sales
