Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telemarketer to join our dynamic team. As a telemarketer focusing on Singapore PR and Citizenship services, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients via phone, educate them about our services, and generate interest in our immigration solutions. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to achieve monthly quotas and contribute to the growth of our client base.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in Singapore PR and Citizenship.

Introduce our firm's services and value proposition clearly and persuasively.

Qualify leads and schedule consultations for our immigration consultants.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns.

Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to call volume, lead qualification, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in the immigration services industry or knowledge of Singapore PR and Citizenship processes is a plus.

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is advantageous.
