Telemarketer (Sales Support/ Logistic)

• Salary: $2800 - $3500
• 5 days; Mon – Fri; 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Location: Loyang
• Permanent Role + 14 AL + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads for air and sea freight services.
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing inquiries for customers.
• Handle commercial inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with operations team ensure smooth implementation.
• Support the sales team with leads, proposals, and CRM updates.
• Research markets, analyze trends, and coordinate with internal teams for aligned service delivery

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experiences in freight forwarding industry (Operations / Customer Service/ Key account/Sales Executive)
