• Explain product features and pricing to help customers make informed decisions
• Respond accurately to customer inquiries about products to enhance customer understanding
• Collect customer details such as name and address to enable effective sales follow-up
• Maintain organized records of contacted customers and those who opt out of future contact to ensure compliance
• Conduct follow-ups with previous customers to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions to support sales tracking and reporting
• Complete customer surveys to gather data on potential customers and improve sales strategies
