Job Description - Temenos Project Manager

Temenos Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

Managerial role requiring skills to manage a small team (5) of specialists within the stream.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment for a stream or multiple streams.

Define and implement best practices, standards and process to ensure quality of the solution delivered.

Conduct regular meeting with stake holders on the project status

Organize workshops for the team to gather requirements, present solution to business stakeholders.

Training and rollout coordination of changes to the business.

Closely collaborate with all stakeholders involved in project management and governance topics.

Requirements:

Experienced in Private Wealth management domain

Expert Project Management knowledge and working experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and classic methodologies (Waterfall)

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results on schedule

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire and motivate high-performing teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex challenges

Support team members skills development

Responsible for budget execution and forecast in own functional area

3-5 years leading a team in IT

Knowledge of Temenos banking product

Banking background a strong plus
