Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases
• Ensure all data is entered correctly and is up to date
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Correct any errors or inaccuracies in the data and re-enter the correct information
• Manage and organize files to keep records of entered data
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity and confidentiality
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies to ensure the safety of information
• Generate reports and respond to requests for data from authorized team members
• Communicate any discrepancies in data or delays in data entry to supervisors

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Meticulous with attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
