Job Description - Temp Assistant Manager

Seeking a proactive and organized team player to support our innovation programmes. You will coordinate events, manage communications, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications for programmes, including eDMs, articles, and stakeholder updates

  • Review funding requests for innovation projects

  • Coordinate events (e.g., MSE Awards, Public Service Week) and liaise with stakeholders

  • Support meetings and post-award follow-ups

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Canva

  • Strong written and spoken English; good communication skills

  • Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Event coordination or admin support experience a plus

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months (Jan 2026)

42 hours per week
