Job Details:-

• Position: Assistant Sales Executive
• Duration: September 2024 - April 2025 (cover maternity)
• Salary Range: S$ 2,500 - S$ 3,300
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri : 9 am to 5pm
• Working Location: Raffles Place
• Must possess knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator software

Job Description:-

Financial Tracking:

• Prepare monthly expense forms
• Manage all financial trackers across
• Check and send all invoices; update in financial trackers
• Obtain monthly payment status updates and update in financial trackers
• Handle monthly service fee invoicing

Marketing :

• Manage all creative assets
• Adapt key visuals for both local and overseas markets
• Follow up on creative assets for new and existing products
• Handle POSM requests for all countries.
• Adapt visuals for digital media, including FB posts, POSMs, etc. in ASEAN.
• Update E-commerce official stores - pack shots, thumbnails, banners , etc
• Collaborate closely with agency for creative adaptations and digital media activities.
• Upload videos on YouTube & IG.
• Manage influencer campaigns.
• Organize group samplings, marathon events
• Provide social media support – respond to consumer queries and comments on FB, IG profiles.
• Manage email queries.

Label / Packaging Designs:

• Adapt label or packaging designs for local markets as needed (adaptations from master design provided)
• Request master label designs of new products.
• Re-order labels; follow up for delivery with Advance Printing

Office Samples:

• Arrange courier service to send documents, samples, etc. commercial & proforma invoice.
• Label competitor samples that are brought back from business trips.
