Responsibilities:
Verify and process claims in accordance with guidelines
Check accuracy and completeness of claim documents
Flag discrepancies and follow up on clarifications
Liaise with applicants and internal stakeholders
Maintain proper records and support audits
Requirements:
Preferably with claims-related experience
1–2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with good communication skills
Duration/ Working hours:
4 months (Immediate)
