42 hours/week, Monday to Friday

8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of invoices and receipts from Application Systems to Accounting System

• Assist in the preparation of manual invoices and receipts.

• Assist in performing month-end closing for different revenue streams

• Preparing monthly adjustments (via Journal vouchers)

• Support any other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business/Finance/Accountancy (or equivalent).

• At least 1 year of working experience.

• Strong verbal communication Skills, and

• Competent in Microsoft Excel Skills.
