Guest Service Agent – 6 -month
Contract (West/Up to $14hr)

Duties: 

• Register and room all arrivals in accordance with Hotel standards, also
  to assist with guests’ luggage when required.  
  
• Perform personalized check -in, check -out and room change procedures
  efficiently and promptly. 
  
• Ensure all guest reservations data are entered into the Hotel system
  accurately.  
  
• Attend to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and
  professional manner.  
  
• Initiate and maintain effective communication within the department and
  other departments.  
  

• Open to work 5 days (shift hour)
