Temp Marketing Staff Up to 4.5K West Region 1 Year

Salary: $3000 - $4500
Location: West 
Contract Period: 1 Year
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm 

Job Responsibilities:

• Propose enhancements and optimisation of event website.
• Support the development of marketing and social media content 
• Support user acceptance tests for event platforms. 
• Collate event information and ensure timely updates on event website.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders 
• Coordinate committee meetings 
• Support the organisation and execution of international programmes and overseas study visits 
• Liaise with event vendor and venue for follow-up matters. 
• Liaise and coordinate with partners on their involvement in events 
• Any other assigned work/tasks by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Experience in business, marketing & communications or a related field.
• Team player, with good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, design, video/photography skills will be a plus
• Knowledge of social media and content management and analysis tools will be an advantage (e.g., Google Analytic and Adobe Analytics)
