Temp Research Executive

Seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to support the development of a sustainable mobility publication and related digital content. This role involves research coordination, content curation, visual design, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and refinement of publication content (case studies, frameworks, feature stories)

• Curate and adapt content for website and digital platforms

• Conceptualise webpage structure and content layout

• Design visual materials including diagrams, infographics, tables and graphics

• Prepare print- and web-ready assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Conduct background research, literature reviews and data synthesis

• Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners

• Provide programming and event support, including preparation of briefing materials and note-taking

• Assist with post-publication follow-ups, translations, webpage updates and reporting

Requirements & Qualifications

• Background in Urban Studies, Public Policy, Sustainability, Communications or related fields

• Excellent writing and summarising skills

• Experience in publication and/or digital content curation

• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Ability to translate policy and research into clear narratives and engaging visuals

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
