Key Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys, manage databases, and provide data analysis and visualisation for the policy unit.
Craft and administer survey questionnaires.
Collate survey returns, clean data, and organise databases.
Analyse data and work across multiple datasets to derive insights.
Visualise data reports and dashboards for regular monitoring.
Provide troubleshooting support for survey respondents and data users.
Assist with other tasks such as administrative support, coordinating department meetings, and organising events.
Job Requirements:
Able to commit to a 12-month full-time contract.
Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Good written and verbal communication skills, numeracy, and attention to detail.
Meticulous, willing to learn quickly, and able to manage large spreadsheets/databases.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Advantageous Skills:
Experience in research survey administration (e.g., administering questionnaires, answering survey queries, collating and analysing returns).
Experience in quantitative data analyses (e.g., data cleaning, use of pivot tables).
Experience in data dashboarding and visualisation (e.g., PowerBI).
