Job Summary:
- Position: Temp Admin Asst, Project Office (Incredible Care)

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and collate signs for updating/replacement in all buildings on Kent Ridge Campus. This includes walkabouts to take photos of all affected signs and updating of records on file
- Collate the requirements and quantity of signs to call for a request for quotation (RFQ)
- Vetting of contents of refreshed/updated signs
- Support the committee throughout the project pre-implementation and implementation stages
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘A’ Level or Polytechnic Diploma equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
