Temporary Case Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage service personnel cases and resolve service scheme and benefits-related queries within agreed service standards.
• Handle enquiries through phone, email and online channels, providing accurate information on services, benefits, billing and account matters.
• Administer service schemes, including eligibility checks, processing and disbursement of benefits.
• Support contract administration, including contract extensions and related processes.
• Verify and update HR and benefits records to ensure accurate processing and disbursement.
• Investigate and follow up on data discrepancies and system-related issues with relevant teams.
• Manage appeals and deviation cases in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate case records and handle complaints professionally.
• Monitor case progress and contribute to service quality and team performance targets.
• Keep updated on changes to relevant policies, directives and service schemes.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple cases and work independently.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.

Duration/Working Hours: 

1 year (Oct 26 to Sep 27)

Required to work from Mon - Thursday from 0800hrs to 1730hrs (including 1 hour lunch break) and Friday from 0800hrs -1700hrs.
