[What the role is]
This position will support the Project Office Management (PMO) administrative and operational functions for the STAR project.[What you will be working on]
This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and adherence to project standards to achieve objectives, providing the following support:
Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
Provide administrative support for procurement activities, such as raising purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and tracking procurement status
Assist in the setup and maintenance of a conducive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation Maintain and update project documentation and records in accordance with PMO standards
Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to support operational continuity
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team as required
