5 days work week

9am - 6pm

Location: Cecil Street

Job Scope:

• Conduct outbound calls to charities and non-profit organisations.
• Introduce the Financial Stewardship for Charities programme to charity leaders, board members and relevant staff.
• Explain the programme format, learning areas, course fees and available funding support.
• Follow up with organisations that have received earlier communications or expressed interest.
• Address basic programme enquiries and guide interested organisations through the enrolment process.
• Convert interested prospects into confirmed paid enrolments.
• Maintain accurate call records and track the status and outcomes of organisations contacted.
• Provide related outreach and administrative support as required.
