Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Tender coordination including compilation of tender documents and ensure all mandatory documents are completed, accurate for submission of tender.
- Monitoring of new tender adverts.
- Monitoring the tender process and communicate with the commercial team and clients to ensure timely submission.
- To update company tender SOP and information in tender portal when required.
- Attend tender briefing or meetings when required.
- Responding to emails and provide assistance to commercial team and clients, set deadlines and responsibilities.
- Provides order acceptance to order processing team for order fulfilment
- Manage the filing of quotations and tender documents in department shared folder.
- Handles customers request for official quotations, coordinate with clients in quotation preparation.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:-
- Tertiary education.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales administration or tender management will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
- Multitask and comfortable to handle large amount of data.
- A team player with positive mindset and meticulous.
