Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tender of new projects and servicing of existing projects
• Design and prepare business proposals and solutions
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes and improvement plans
• Project administration and management of workflow
• Onsite execution and delivery of event

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tender management, preferably within recruitment industry.
• Proficiency in GeBIZ or other electronic procurement systems is advantageous
• Good presentation and negotiation skill 
• Ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously
• Self-driven, resourceful and committed individual; able to work independently and within teams
