Overview: As a Tender Manager in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for projects related to automotive products and services. You will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure that tenders are prepared, submitted, and managed efficiently and effectively. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its market dynamics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements, coordinate with internal departments, and develop detailed tender responses ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead the bid process, manage internal reviews and approvals, coordinate with external partners, and track all communications related to tender submissions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and analyze tender documents for risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as the primary point of contact, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop winning strategies.
• Lead the negotiations with clients to ensure favorable terms, and work with internal stakeholder to finalize contracts.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports on tendering activities, success rate and perform analysis on the tender result.
• Responsibility including engagement with Corporate fleets sales and lease.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in tender management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze tender documents, market trends, and financial data.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to tendering processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and tender management software.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tender submissions.
