Tender Manager Job Scope:

To lead in tender exercise i.e. to participate or not to participate
To study the tender documents and brief the team and management on the scope and requirements.
To plan and coordinate with Tender, Planning and M&E section on work schedules for tender
To review quotation to ensure compliance
To prepare submission documents as per tender documents
To prepare cost analysis and make recommendation to Management on Tender price
To review and make recommendations for value engineering
Preparation of tender queries
Preparation of clarifications of Tenders, if required

Senior Quantity Surveyor RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing for new tender opportunity
• Consolidate Pre-Tender duties
• Manage tender process, submissions and addendums.
• Manage post tender clarifications and attend tender interviews.
• Prepare initial cost control after project awarded.
• Manage transitions to project site team for awarded project.
• Consolidate main materials usage for awarded project and liaise with suppliers for pricing.
• Evaluate Variation Order for on-going project.
• Maintain and enhance good teamwork through coaching, support and giving advice to team members.

QS Job Description
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation
- Prepare tender submission
- Obtain prices from specialist, suppliers and subcontractors
- Arrange & keep tender documents systematically
- Comprehensively master the works required in every tender
- Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, Cost Estimate, Cost Control and Budgeting
- To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds

Degree / Diploma with experience in Singapore.
