Tender Manager/Assistant (Freight Forwarding/Shipping) - Professional Development Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainability, growth, and profitability of SAO region tender business.
• Lead tender process and quotes.
• Prepare high-quality proposals in collaboration with Tender management teams.
• Develop bid strategies and tactical frameworks for enhanced bidding success.
• Interface with cross-functional groups and customers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain tender data profiling and records on TM Analytics and SharePoint.
• Conduct Postmortem analysis and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Analyze tender business impact and recommend pricing actions for increased hits.
• Attend internal/external meetings on Tender management and approach.
• Ensure smooth transition to Implementation team post-business award.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant
• 6+ years of experience in Multi-modal Logistic Tender Management and Freight Forwarding. 
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, QlikView, PowerBI, and Tableu.
