Lead specialized project teams & provide technical leadership to Business Unit Heads. Lead, guide and coach team members by facilitating training and providing feedback and guidance (role model, best practice sharing). BS/BA degree in business/scientific specialization More than 10 years of sales experience, ideally in medical device or healthcare industry Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Manager capacity/role, preferably in the healthcare field. Business acumen and strategic sales planning skills and understanding of the market dynamics and opportunities. Proven track record of planning and (over) achieving sales goals consistently. Strong ability to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including tradeshows / conferences, market research, advisory boards, and field interactions. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Strong clinical aptitude and able to attend cases and provide support in the operating room.
