Test Engineer II

1. Provide TF sustaining support for deployed fixtures to ensure minimal down time and customer impact. Coordinates/Performs test fixture PM and Calibration activities as scheduled and follows-up on OOT issues as required. Develops and uses test procedures. Assists with the definition of test specifications with design, software, and manufacturing engineering. Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing business processes; updates as necessary to ensure current practices are documented. Performs Process Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis when working with New Product/Fixture Development. Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
