Test Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Test Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans across multiple IT systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the testing lifecycle to align with business objectives.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation in a clear and timely manner.
• Communicate project status and progress effectively to stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage assigned projects in alignment with business priorities and requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting the test phases of IT projects, preferably in the banking sector.
• Proven expertise in developing and managing test plans and test definitions for banking IT systems.
• Experience coordinating with personnel across various IT systems.
• Demonstrated ability to escalate and resolve critical issues promptly and effectively.
• Prior experience in a Test Manager role, leading Test Leads and understanding business requirements for core banking systems, fund transfer systems, and other related banking applications.
• Proven track record in client and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including creating and managing test plans, leading test documentation efforts, overseeing test execution, and analyzing test results.
• Proficiency in software quality management practices.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 8,000 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
