Job Description - Test Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design new test programs for 1st silicon validation of new product/technology startup which provides very important feedback for the appropriate groups responsible in refining the devices' quality and performance.
Develop and maintain test programs of Micron NAND products to cater to customers' specifications, device performance characterization needs and analysis of customer returns.
Optimize test programs by applying more efficient testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing cost.
Automate test process by writing software scripts to improve work efficiency.
Enhance test coverage to ensure excellent outgoing quality and customer satisfaction.
Cooperate with product/equipment engineering departments to improve overall product yield as well as to develop customization from available test solutions in order to maximize Return Of Investment.
Collaborate with test capacity and manufacturing departments to realize output goals.
Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.

Requirement:

Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Electronics/Power/Mechatronics/Computer /IT Engineering or equivalent in Physics.
Strong coding skill in either Python or C/C++ is a must; Experience in all 3 python/C/C++ is added advantage
Familiarization Test software development/validation and unit testing is a must
Hands-on experience in using debug/simulation tools like Verilog, Valgrind, Helgrind, etc is a plus
Good understanding of semiconductor device physics will be advantageous
Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system will be an added advantage
Prior experience in using Automated Test Equipment and program handling is a plus
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in terms of test coverage to improve DPM and drive TTR improvements through code optimization during NPI and High volume manufacturing phases of the product.
Ability to understand the system and product architecture and involve in discussion with stake holders during the End to End product design development to develop, deploy and improve test screens.
Solid analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
