As the Test Solutions Engineer, you will be the key project owner for Micron Nand Flash memory test programs. You will be ensuring project readiness and assessing program quality through stringent program release process. In addition, you will have the following job responsibilities:\n\n * Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.\n * Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one\u2019s scope of work.\n * Develop and maintain wafer and package functional test strategies and programs for semiconductor NAND Flash products\n * Collaborate with various test solutions engineering and production engineering groups to ensure test program, infrastructure and system readiness for new product introduction as well as high volume manufacturing\n * Improve device yield, reliability and quality through test condition optimization, advanced redundancy analysis schemes, data analysis and test equipment hardware optimization\n * Provide cost effective and innovative solutions for production test flow optimization with cutting-edge test time reduction methodologies\n * Assist process and production teams by providing necessary engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations\n * Introduce innovative test time reduction solutions and release test programs to production in a timely manner \n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or any related engineering field\n * Strong programming skills; C/C++/Python knowledge\n * Good understanding of semiconductor device physics will be an added advantage\n * Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment will be an added advantage\n * Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills \n * Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels \n * Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning \n * Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus \n * Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable \n * Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred \n * Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role\u2011appropriate AI literacy to use AI\u2011enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem\u2011solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.\n * Embody Micron\u2019s core values:\n * People \u2013 Respect, develop, and empower others\n * Innovation \u2013 Drive continuous improvement and breakthrough thinking\n * Tenacity \u2013 Show grit and determination\n * Collaboration \u2013 Build trust and foster teamwork\n * Customer Focus \u2013 Deliver excellence and value\n\n\n\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\n\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
