Visual & Physical InspectionFabric Examination: Inspect raw textiles for weaving flaws, stains, discoloration, holes, and uneven dyeing.Measurement Verification: Check garment dimensions against tech packs, size charts, and specification sheets.Stitch & Seam Audit: Evaluate sewing quality, stitch density, hem alignments, and seam strength.Trims & Accessories Check: Verify the placement and functionality of zippers, buttons, rivets, and labels.2. Testing & Performance EvaluationMaterial Testing: Conduct basic stress tests for colorfastness, fabric shrinkage, and tear resistance.Defect Categorization: Classify found faults into critical, major, or minor defects using standard systems.Sample Approval: Review pre-production samples to greenlight or halt mass manufacturing runs.3.
