Tour Guide

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours, delivering accurate and engaging information based on approved materials.
• Provide a clear introduction to facility, including its background and key learning objectives at the start of each tour.
• Facilitate interactive exhibits, including digital and multimedia features, and assist visitors in their use.
• Ensure the safety and orderly conduct of visitors throughout the tour, including monitoring group movement and exhibit usage.
• Manage groups effectively, ensuring a positive and educational visitor experience.
• Encourage visitors to provide feedback through designated survey channels.
• Support public education by promoting awareness of Singapore’s policing history and its role in national development.

Requirement

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Valid Tourist Guide License.
• Relevant experience or training in guided tours, museums/attractions
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct walking tours and manage groups effectively.
