Tour Guide (Museum and heritage gallery / STB licence)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours using approved tour materials.
• Introduce visitors to the facility, its history, and key learning objectives.
• Facilitate interactive exhibits, including digital and multimedia displays.
• Ensure visitor safety and manage groups throughout the tour.
• Deliver an engaging and educational visitor experience.
• Encourage visitors to complete feedback surveys.
• Promote awareness of Singapore's policing history and its contribution to national development.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Tourist Guide Licence.
• Experience in guided tours, museums, galleries, or visitor attractions is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct walking tours and manage groups effectively.

Additional Information:

• 90-minute tours for 5–30 pax
• 1–2 tours/day off-peak; up to 6 tours/day peak
• ~470 tours/year
• Peak periods: Feb–May, May–Jun, Nov–Dec
