Tow truck driver [class 4 ]

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Tow Truck Driver to join our team. You will respond to roadside assistance calls, tow disabled or illegally parked vehicles, and provide professional service to customers, law enforcement, and businesses. This role involves light to heavy-duty towing, vehicle recovery, and working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tow trucks (light-duty, rollback, or heavy-duty) to transport vehicles to repair shops, impound lots, or secure locations.

• Properly secure vehicles using straps, chains, and dollies.

• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for roadside assistance, accidents, or impounds.

• Interact professionally with customers, police, and other stakeholders.

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and minor maintenance on the tow truck.

• Maintain accurate records of tows, mileage, and services provided.

• Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (Class 4).

• Clean driving record and background check.

• Minimum 1 year of towing or commercial driving experience (preferred).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically fit and able to handle strenuous conditions (lifting, outdoor work in all weather).

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

• Tow truck operator certification or license where required by local regulations.
