Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management:
Understanding and handling of Letter of credit (including negotiation of LC)
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing trade-related documents such as purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents,
and export/import declarations.
Ensure all documentation complies with relevant trade regulations and
standards.
2. Order Processing:
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to process
purchase orders and monitor order status.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer
requirements.
3. Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact regarding trade-related inquiries, status updates, and documentation requirements.
Liaise with shipping agents, and other relevant parties to resolve issues and facilitate smooth logistics operations.
4. Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of trade transactions, including shipment details,
inventory levels, and pricing information.
Generate reports and provide data analysis.
