Trade Desk Analyst

Provide first-level support and operational oversight for company's real-time trading platforms (US equities, options, futures) as part of a follow-the-sun model.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trading systems and ensure platform stability
• Troubleshoot technical and trading issues in real time
• Support clients with onboarding, configuration, and API connectivity
• Act as liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and reporting
• Conduct system testing, validations, and platform updates
• Use SQL and UNIX tools for data analysis and log review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 4+ years in technical or trading support
• Experience with UNIX (3+ years) and SQL (1+ year)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
