Job Description - Trade Execution Supervisor

With a rich heritage of more than 50 years, our client is a reputable and well-respected organisation within the Commodity Trading industry. We are currently partnering them to look for a Trade Execution Lead.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, you will lead a team of 5 in ensuring that trades are executed efficiently, involving contracts management, plan, execution lapses are minimized / managed. The candidate is expected to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that execution risk solutions are in place. You will also play an important role in driving process improvement to increase productivity. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a performance driven team with opportunities to expand your skill sets and grow with the business.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Business related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience within the Commodity Trading sector. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing high performing teams and has solid experience in dealing with international trade of bulk cargo. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to lead by example and is well versed in shipping and international trade practices.
