This mandate plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end processing of trade finance and trade-related financing transactions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing syndication and bilateral loans transactions, verifying the feasibility of Letter of Credit (LC) terms, handling settlements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processing of trade finance and trade-related financing transactions.
- Oversee syndication and bilateral loans transactions, including monitoring commitment fee payments.
- Review and verify the feasibility of Letter of Credit (LC) terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Handle settlements and SWIFT messages for trade finance and loan operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate operational risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade finance operations, preferably within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of trade finance regulations and guidelines, including UCP, ISP, ISBP, URDG, URC, URR, and Incoterms.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.
